Here are some of the commonly asked questions customers ask regarding their online orders:
What are my delivery options?
You will be given delivery options at checkout – these include by post (courier) to the UK, Europe and Worldwide, or collection in person from the Senior School Shop or the Prep School Shop. Any changes to delivery after the order is placed should be requested by e-mail to email@example.com.
Will you substitute any of the goods I order?
We will not substitute any goods ordered except in exeptional circumstances. We will contact you first to offer any subsitute items.
How do I pay for my order?
We offer the following payment option:
- Credit or debit card (including Mastercard, Visa, and Maestro). We do not accept American Express cards.
How does my money get refunded should I cancel?
Refunds will be made to the credit/debit card, or credit account used to place the original order. Please see Terms & Conditions for cancellations and returns.
Are my personal details secure?
Yes. All personal data is encrypted and held on a secure server at an approved secure site off campus. Personal information collected via Millfield Online Shop is not shared with third parties. We do not have visibility of any credit or debit card data: payment is handled via Barclaycard’s secure payment gateway. This data is only used once per transaction, therefore online customers will be required to enter card details each time they make a purchase.
